Q: Can you do clasp-back or clip-on earrings? 

A: Yes! Just leave me a message in the order notes specifying what you would like the standard hooks swapped out with. 


Q: When will my order be shipped? 

A: Everything ships within 1-7 business days (so excluding Sundays and federal U.S. holidays)


Q: Do I get tracking on my shipment? 

A: Yes, you will get an email confirmation once the order has been shipped that will include a tracking number. 


Q: When will I get my order delivered?

A: All items ship with USPS first class, which is usually a 2-3 day shipping time. However, I cannot guarantee a certain delivery date once a package is in USPS possession. Additionally, shipping of larger items/large orders may take longer. I am also not responsible if your package is damaged or lost in USPS possession.
